just a quick one to ask how many different exercises you should do for each body part and how many sets? cheers.

    4-5 exercises per bodypart , 3 sets each exercice

    It depends on what body part you are training. For smaller muscle groups like the biceps and shoulders you need less sets to perform a complete workout. Unlike larger muscle groups like the legs and chest, more sets are required. But as chris said it is generally 3-4 sets per exercise. with about 4-5 exercises.
