Eating on the go
I’m trying to put on a bit of weight and obviously for this need to stick to a strict diet along with training.
Whilst at home, sticking to the right foods in relation to protein etc is no problem. My problem is being able to stick to a high protein/high calories diet whilst out and about or at work - especially in the morning when I simply can’t take protein shakes without throwing up.
Right now I’m resorting to having a few flapjacks or chocolate bars to keep the calories up at this time but this probably won’t help much when trying to put on weight.
Any suggestions for some easy high protein/high calorie snacks to eat when out and about?

Only thing I can suggest if you haven’t got the time are protein bars. Stay away from flapjacks and chocolate bars. Find a protein bar that doesn’t contain a lot of sugar, that can be hard going but they are out there.
