advise
i have recently started running and lifting weights on alternate days to try and get myself in some sort of shape! i have a medium frame and have always had a large appetite but my problem areas are my belly and chest, they are both sagging! idealy i would like to lose the flab and become more toned over all of my body and a put on a little weight wud be nice. i would like some advise as to how to achieve this. i have also been looking at muscle and size supplements but am unsure which would be best. any advise is appreciated.

Do your cardio 1st thing in the morning on a empty stomach to get rid of the weight and do 4 sets of 20 reps of sit-ups twice a week, 4 different exercises. To tighten up the chest, get pressing my friend, i find the incline bench press the best. As for supplements, id stay off of them for the time being, see what you can acheive on your own. Then when you feel you have seriously reached your limit. Start with a whey protein, then add a Creatine if you feel you need to. You cant beat proper food, plenty of protein and clean living. Also drink plenty of water. Hope this helps mate
