Protein Pancakes?
I’m really struggling to find decent enough breakfasts!. There isn’t any time in the morning to make eggs for breakfast or prepare a well balanced meal, so at the moment I’m heavily reliant on my meal supplement (protein + carb combo). I’ve heard of Protein pancakes and wondered if anyone out there has a good simple recipe?.
The ones I’ve found on the internet all seem to vary in terms of how many egg whites and most include cottage cheese (which I don’t eat).
Also: can you keep them over night or do they have to be eaten staight away?. I’m thinking I could prepare then at night and eat them on the fly in the morning?.
A recipe that looks ok is:
1/2 cup oats
1 scoop protein
4 egg whites
= Whisk together and brown in non stick pan
ideas?

I just make a big bowl of porridge for breakfast using the microwave, and add a large scoop of whey protein (and some honey). It takes less than 2 minutes.
