How do i gain muscle without excess fat?
I have been attending the gym for about 2 years on/off and I havent developed much muscle. I was wondering the following:
What is the best formula to take to enhance strength and muscle build, without piling on unruly amounts of fat? I have a semi toned body and want to keep this with regards abs. However I would like my pecs and arms to be alot bigger.
Thanks, Brad

If you have been attending on and off for 2 years the best formula is MOTIVATION!
When you start attending regularly, then start to look at supplements!
Good luck

You want to start off by eating plenty of protein, ie chicken, beef and fish. Then add a quality whey protein or mass gainer which doesnt have much sugar in it. After a couple of months add a quality micronised Creatine. If you need any advice on which brands you need just ask, hope that helps mate.
