on those two days do cardio such as running stepping and rowing. also do sit ups to work your abs.
try n eat lost of protein, a pound of protein for every pound in body weight. Also try 2 eat small meals every 2 - 3 hours as this speeds up your metabolism hence bein able to burn more fat. Cut out sweets, chips, chocolate, basically anything thats unhealthy and high in fat although try to eat good fats as found in oily fish like salmon.
hope this helps

Interval Cardio - Myself and a few other top contributors have written about this a lot so you should find out about it on here
Interval or Fartlek training is the best way to loose fat, therefore achieving a flat stomach.
Working to 75%-80% of Max Heart Rate. you can work yours out if you look on google!
Cardio should be performed 3 times a week for the beginner.
Weight training 2 times a week using sensible weight, concentrating on abs/stomach muscle. Crunches, weighted crunches etc…
and of course lots of protein, low fat and drinking lots of water will also help to speed up your metabolism!
