Skinny forearms.


Hi guys, I’m trying to bulk up my forearms cos there rather on the skinny side, i’ve tried wrist curls but i’m not getting anywhere, is there any other way of getting big forearms, does anyone have any tips?

    hey ,

    i had this problem once! , try training your forearms twice a week! , 3 sets supernated and 3 sets pronated curls! ….

    Forearms generally build up along with the arms when you train triceps and biceps especially, but yeah if you aren’t seeing results then you need to either UP the intensity of your forearm training (more sets, more weight) or increase the amount of forearm training you do in a week!

    Deadlifts, Bent over rows and pullup/pulldowns are also very good, even though they don’t isolate the forearms they are brilliant for increasing grip, and will increase forearm size.

    I also have skinny forearms which are starting to get bigger due to the above exercises, and also Captains of Crush that I bought a few weeks ago.
