11St 6lbs, 6ft skinny, help to bulk up??
Hi all,
I need a bit of help.
I’m 24, 11st 6lbs and 6foot tall my body fat is (calculated on the £1 machine at the leisure centre) 15.3%. (I was 10st 6lbs when I started training two months ago)
As I’m quite tall I do look skinny, my arms and wrists are very thin.
I signed up to David Lloyd leisure centre; I go about three times a week for about 45min to an hour. I started taking Progain and added a stone in a month (which I was delighted at) but it just seemed to give me a bigger belly, not bigger arms or legs or (more importantly) muscles.
I don’t get a lot of sleep (new born and shift work) probably 6 hours in an average night.
I have just started taking Cyclone and Cretamax extreme (over the last few weeks.
My ultimate goal is to weigh 13st, be really toned and have stronger looking lower arms and wrists (if that’s possible). I really want bigger arms and a generally bigger looking body.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

hi,
you dont weigh alot for your height at all and that is the average % bodyfat for the average male so nothing to wory about!
the way in wich you are describing your body leads me to believe you are an ectomorph. so you realy need to have a good nutrition plan in order to put on ‘quality’ muscle mass as i can garantee the stone you put on in 2 months is mainly fat! (pro bodybuilders strugle to put on much more than a stone a year of muscle).
- you said you are taking Cyclone and cretamax? Cyclone already included cretamax so you should not be taking both!
- i suggest you stick to Cyclone (if your going to use maximuscle product) on its own with a good diet plan
- your diet should consist of 6-8 small meals containing 30-40g of protein and 60-70g of carbs in each! also dont forget fruit and veg! and cut out all your junk foods!!!
- your sleep could be a problem, as its recomended you get 8 hours min to allow max muscle growth! , but even so you should notice good gains with 6 hours!
- wrists and forearms can be built up with supernated and pronated wrist curls with dumbells or a barbell.
