Returning to the gym


Would like some advice on my routine.
I am going start back at the gym tomorrow for the first time in 10 years.
I am fairly slim but athletic although I am starting to get the start of a belly! I would like to loose this (obviously) and increase my muscle mass and tone dramatically. I have bought Promax and Creatamax extreme, and will be training 3 times a week between 7-8am.
It is always mentioned that you should eat breakfast, and that you should eat 1 hour before training and also take Promax before training.
My question is, can I take Promax before training as a breakfast substitute, or should I take this and have breakfast? And how close to training should I take it/ have breakfast? I don’t really want to get up an hour before training just to eat!! Then wait around for an hour.
Also I recommends I take two scoops a day, should these be directly before and after training?
One last question. Should I take the Creatamax extreme before training with breakfast (and Promax) or directly after training or both?

    Ok there’s lot questions here so I’ll answer them as clearly as I can.

    1) Why didn’t you buy Cyclone (it combines the same levels of protein and almost the same levels of Creatine as both of your products put together) and would have been a cheaper method?

    2)It’s true that it is good to eat about an hour before, but you can eat just before you go or substitute Promax as a breakfast option, providing you eat something after training with lots of carbs to keep you going the rest of the day

    3)Promax should be taken about 20-30 mins before a training session, I think Creatamax is about 15-20 mins before if i can remember rightly

    4) and the best way to take both of these products is 1 scoop before and 1 scoop directly after

    Thanks Ross, I looked at Cyclone, at the time it seemed expensive for the amount you got and a lot of reviews said it was good but expensive. I’ll try it when I run out of the other stuff.

    One more question I was reading on the absolute Creatine site that there is no evidence that Creatine has any effect if you take it on non-training days, but on the tub it says you should take 2 scoops everyday, which is right? (I don’t want to take more than I have to as its expensive!!)
