Struggling to gain size

Hi, I was wondering if anyone can help me.
I have been trying to bulk up as well as keep Cardio fit at the same time.
I don’t weight very much 134 pounds and stand at 5’8 tall.
I have cut out most of the rubbish out of my diet, I have also cut out almost all of the Alcohol too.
I take Maximuscle Promax extreme, and Creatine, plus GH-Kick before bed.
My exercise routine is as follows;
Monday evening Gym Chest (secondary Arms) and Abdominals
Wednesday I swim between 1/2Km and ½ mile depending on time, just doing Breast stroke, making sure I stretch fully. (seems to help recovery)
Friday evening Gym Back & Shoulders (secondary Arms) as you cant do any real exercise without doing Arms, so I don’t target any arm exercises, with the exception of the fact that I do, do chin ups.
I have also taken up Kick Boxing for Carido fitness and core strength exercise.
With all this I still do not seem to be able to put any weight on, but had increased my fat % by 1.5 over the last 2 months.
Sorry about the essay but can anyone offer help? With bulking up without increasing Fat?

Many thanks.

    hi,

im no pro, but it sounds like your doing too much cardio whilst doing your weights. core exercises like squats and deadlifts are a must also for weight gain, as they do your back and core at the same time.

you said you want to keep cardio fit, but i think you should reduce it otherwise your burning off everything you eat before you convert it to muscle.

try training 3 /4 days a week, heavy weights 4 sets of 6reps. reduce cardio to 1 + boxing but this may still be too much. once you have the size and weight maintain it and increase cardio slightly.

depending on what you read should aim to take 1.5-2g of proteing per lb of body weight and 1g carb per lb per day.

    see if that helps.

Please have a read of this link http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/irontamer5.htm

i am currently in my 5th week of this and i cannot belive the results i have got! me and 6 other people started this together and all of us are amazed. we train in pairs and one of my friends who lives in cyprus also does this routine, one person was not too happy after two weeks but carried on and has now seen the light. trust me if you read this and do as it says you will also be amazed. it is very hard if you do it correctly but very simple to follow, if you want the results then go 4 it

Many thanks for the advise, if being slightly conflicting, with number of Reps.

I have started to do more deadlifting, and squats.

So hopefully will see some good results.

    Many thanks
