weight and muscle gain


hi,

i’m 24 years old and still studying. i’m quite thin and my weight is about 50 kg. i have fast metabolism. i just bought Progain and my target is to gain my weight and size wihtout time restriction as i dont to go to gym. just do couple of training in my house. could you tell me how to use Progain effectively. is it enough take it once a day or twice a day?

    Try & eat every 3 hrs, I have 2/3 meals & 2/3 shakes. 6 meals total!
