muscle symetry
hi recently i have realised that the left side of my chest is a liltle diferently shaped than the right side and i can feel the sorness more on the left side of my chest than the right and aslo feel it more on the left side when doing my chest training. I was wondering how i can even my chest out and i also have the same problem wiv my arms but mostly in strength as my left arm is more stronger than my right. Any help and advise would be appreciated.

Isolation movements! your strength will eventually even up by itself

If you use a barbell frequently, try using dumbells for a while. This will stop the stronger muscles from doing most of the work.

try dumbell movements …. using dumbells produces a more natural movement and should stop one side of your body conpensating for the other. but be prepared to drop some weight off what you are lifting with a barbell.
