Weight lifting


Everytime I train with my personal trainer, particularly halfway through my deadlifts and squats I start to feel dizzy. I know its low blood pressure and I do drink plenty of fluids. Is there anyway of reducing this, or is it simply correlating to fitness?

    It is due to what u are doing, it is natural. Try having a banana before training to give u more energy. If it doesn’t stop then just rest when u feel dizzy and resume when u feel ok again. Remember it is normal to feel like this as they are tough exercises.

    I’ll try that thanks. I use to take Viper Extreme prior to and during my weights workouts but feel that it excerbates my hypotension during training. Since stuck with just water. But yes, I’ll try the banana next time.

    You have hypotension? Does your personal trainer know what they’re doing with you when you train?
