How much rest??
Hi, i am in great shape and i am building muscle consistently without plateu’s in strength….up up up! Thinking about size alone tho, how much rest is best before i train that muscle group again?? atm i keep changing it from every 4 days to once per week….which is best?

The truth is that it is entirely down to you and how your body responds to the stresses placed on it by using heavy weight… and only you know that. However, my advice is, if in doubt, rest.
Your muscles won’t atrophy because you leave them for a week before exercising them again, as your continued progress indicates.
A good way to gauge it is by how you feel. When you are over the systemic fatigue, as well as the local muscular soreness following the last workout, leave it for a further day for over-compensation then train again. If you are going to the gym feeling fully rested and raring to go, then you are doing something right.

Try and work out your super compensation curve (google it!) it should help!

Oh and you will have to do it for each muscle group ok.
