trying to cut down - advice
Hi, I have lost quite a lot of weight over the last year due to excersise and a healthy diet, but I started to lose too much and now I’m boney and too thin, so I want to gain a little bit of weight, so I have cut down the amount of cardio I do, I still weight train 3 times a week but instead of doing 5 classes a week im now doing 2-3. Is this the best way to aid my weight gain, or will I lose my cardio fitness by cutting down on classes?

If you are a hard gainer then cutting down on a couple of cardio sessions won’t be enough, but it will definately help. In order to gain weight it’s much more down to nutrition, so be sure to eat more, about an extra 1000Kcal a day, making sure you get your required protein and carb intake. Using supplements is the best way to do this without feeling that your constantly eating all day!
