pwo nutrition

Hi all, im a newbie so this is my first post.

I am wanting to lose my excess bodyfat - there isnt much but i want a more ripped appearance. my muscle mass isnt massive but its there none the less and by reducing the b/fat im hoping that my muscles will have the pumped look rather than having to tense them.

So to my question…after an intense weights workout(3 times/week) or a light cardio workout(2 maybe 3 times/week)would you recommend just protein alone or protein and carbs? given that my goal is to lose that bit of fat but also work with heavy weights for fuller muscles.

I have and have been for the last few years taking around 30g protein and 50-60g of carbs(currently maltodextrin with glutamine and Creatine). Im worried that by taking just protein my muscle will be craving glycogen after my stores have been depleted.

All answers much appreciated. Cheers

Hi, i know this is going to help! im class! The bodyfat you think you carry isnt fat! Literally half of that will be stored calories and water, this is due to using Creatine and especially for a long while. Change that to monthly cycles on and off or even 1 in 3 months. Next, because it is hard to do cardio and heavy heavy weights at the same time to get muscular results…have one goal one month at a time. For fat burning and definition, do either anaerobic (fast pressups, skipping, boxing) or smaller weights faster and higher reps while maintaining good technique. Then you will feel less tired, and then to hit the fat reserves do some 70% cardio on as many machines as possible. Steady enough to relax but at a decent pace sustained. When u stop using Creatine u will lose weight and size, but then u will be able to see more of the muscle u have earned.

Maximuscle, ask me for pics, u will be impressed…i am 100% natural too
