Please help
Hi from next monday im going to be adding interval training after my weight workout out for about 20mins mon weds and fri on the bike rowing machine etc. I will be taking Promax after my work outs but was wondering wether to take it straight away after doing my weight training or after the 20 mins interval training?

i would probably take half of it after weights (around 15g protein) ad then another 15g after the interval training. I say this because your muscle need the protein staright after the first workout, and then after the interval training aswell. if you were to leave it til after your whole workout you might not be helping your muscles recover the best they can. Good suggestion by samkd905, but you will probably have to wait awhile for it to go down otherwise you may throw up especially while doing interval training, personally I would try and do the interval training at another time of the day!
