Advice needed.
hi,
i will get straight down to the point……….I am tall at 6′4 and appear to be skinny however i actually have reasonably high levels of bodyfat and so i need some advice on how i can build up muscle and lose the bodyfat, in otherwords to become one of those mens health cover models lol! what training would you reccomend for this and for supplementation what would be reccomended i was thinking perhaps Cyclone and Thermobol? but the creatamx extreme is tempting me along with gaspari nutritions size on.
Cheers advice would be greatfull recieved.

Ok, so you need to start lifting about 3/4 times a week, and do cardio 3 times a week for 30-45 mins max. Preferably Interval training to shred the fat quicker. There has been loads of good stuff written by the other Guru’s in here about what kind of training you can do, i.e split body part workouts, so check them out and also give maximuscles training journals a go, they are suppose to be good. but that’s your general training framework you want to be looking at. As for supplements, I wouldn’t bother with Cyclone straight away or any weight gainer if you have high BF%, you want to be looking at getting rid of it before bulking up with weight gainers. Thermobol is good, but I’d stay stick to just a simple whey protein shake. It doesn’t have to be Maximuscles of course but Promax Extreme is good as it will help to increase your strength at the same time. Set a short term goal and when you have achieved that, look at some changes and set another one.

trying to do the two at the same time will prove fruitless as you have to approach the respective goals differently ie creating a calorie decifit to lose the body fat or consume the calories to bulk up.
pick one of them for the time being and focus on achieving that goal before turning your attention to the other. maximuscle have some great advice - well worth checking them out.
