theres an exsercise where u get a barbell (with no weight on it) and hold it with your palms facing down, arms infront of you about waist height. Slowly move the barbell up using your wrist. (pivot them on the wrist joint. hope thats understandable

Most of the time forearms stay in proportion to rest of your body as they are used in every upperbody exercise; so you could infact be over training them! Hope that helps abit!

Barbell wrist curls and Reverse Barbell wrist curls, 4 sets of each for about 12 reps. However, like phil said you may overtrain them as they usually stay in proportion with the rest of your body due to heavy barbell curls and bicep work. I’ve never had to train forearms but if it’s a problem area for you then give those a try

A better technique to do them is to to get a comfortable weight that will allow to you to do 12 reps. Rest your arms over a bench with your wrists hanging over (not your arm), then simply curl it upwards, then reverse and repeat… EASY!
