Cardio and Isolation Movements.

Also keep the workouts as quick as you can and as intense as possible, so lots of Supersets, Trisets and if you can Giant sets.

Isolation movements are exercises that specifically target a certain area. So the Clean and Jerk is more a Compound Movement as it involves a lot of the muscles in the body, whereas something like cable laterals, one-arm cable/dummbell curls will isolate the muscle in the side deltoid and the bicep without using too many other muscle groups. You can find out a lot about isolation movements on the internet
www.bodybuilding.com is a great site and is the biggest worldwide resource for body builders and fitness enthusiasts.

Joggin aint gonna do you much good my friend. Do sets of sprints instead. This should get rid of the fat. To define your arms, make sure the muscle groups are trained thoroughly through their full range of motion. Go for around 70-85% of your 1RM and aim for about 10-15 repetitions. Isolations are good but definitley throw in some compound movements as well such as chin ups and dips.

big lad= 12 st 7 lbs (I dont think so lol!! Not being horrible) Will is right on this one, interval training is the way forward!! To make your arms look more “toned” increasing the muscle size and losing body fat will do the job, so still focus on muscle building rep ranges!
