Fat loss - maintain muscle
G’day,
I’ve been training for a few years now and have achieved what I consider to be a “good size” I would like to now basically maintain my size but reduce bodyfat - would performing 20 minutes cardio directly after anaerobic training be detrimentral in anyway?

20 minutes cardio after training will do you know harm at all.20-30 minutes first thing in the morning on an empty stomach will achieve the same results.Have you considered carb cycling? This is an excellent method for losing bodyfat. Combined with cardio you will get excellent results. Ill not go into loadsa detail because there are quite a few different types. There are some good ideas for starting points on the internet. Just have a peek and experiment. Good luck

20 mins of cardio 3 times a week should work well. I wouln’t do any more though. Some of the leanest people I know don’t do any. They just eat more strictly.
