Adam you don’t mention how long you have been training or how often. One common problem is that you might be over training. Also training the neck muscles specifically is not something I would suggest as these muscles come into play when your train back and shoulders. Some exercises that target your neck and traps are:
Shrugs
Deadlift
Upright rows
As for supplementation, a good whey protein taken before and after training would be ideal. Also remember to eat six nutritious meals a day with a split of 60% protein 30% carbs and 10% fat. A good rule of thumb is approx 1.5gms of protein per kg of bodyweight. Getting enough sleep is also important as is taking rest days. If you want a specific routine email me.

Yes defo dont worry about training your neck! Just focus on traps, your neck will get thicker in time, and follow admins advice too!
