I’m currently consuming Promax and Creatamax 300.
Can I substitute them with just Promax Extreme ?
My aim is to lose fat and muscle definition.

For muscle definition Promax extreme would be ideal, its triple the protein content. Creatamax is added help for increasing size and strength faster, its a product which isn’t really important for your goal.It is still a great combination though. I would recommend Thermobol for to help with fat loss. Overall Promax extreme would be fine to replace them, it depends on how fast you would like to meet your goals.
