Running 2 X 15 mins vs 1 X 30 mins


I’m trying to build muscle and also burn fat. With the theory that after a workout your muscles are burning up calories would running twice a day for 15 mins be better for me then once (before a workout)a day for 30 mins?

    Depends when these 15 min sessions would be. and also how hard you will push yourself. Its all about how much your muscles fatigued and how fast u can get the blood circulating in the body. The more you push yourself the better results. Different people like/prefer different styles and different types of running. Play around with it and see what suits you best.
