Delt Training.
When performing seated dumbell raises how low should you go? I lower till the dumbells touch my delts, other gym users only go down until their upper arms are parallel to the floor.

Can you explain the exact movement that you’re doing here? I can’t figure it out from the description of what you said? Sorry, must be gettin old or somethin….

Oh actually I think you mean dumbell milittary press! Well in which case the answer is just how it feels to you, always go down so that they touch my shoulders, but in using biometrics your delts dont really do much of the move from your shoulder to about ear level… so its just personal choice!
