I’d drop me carbs by 20%/30% for 2 days in the week. (Try Wed and Sat or Tues and Fri, You get the piture)The decrease in calories will give your metobolism a little ‘tweek’into action, Reducing the amounts of fat stored. Basically you eat more than you burn off-you put on weight. You burn off more than you eat-you lose weight, which if done correctly will hopefuly be fat. Those 2 days of less calories will help burn off any excess fat put on those bulking days.A good idea is to sneak 20-30 minutes cardio in (in the morning on an empty stomach is best) on those lower carb days, to speed the process along a little. Give that a go for a month and less the good people at Muscle Bulletin know how you get on. (me included)In terms of fat burners, leave that for cutting in the summer. I’ve yet to try Thermobol but here it’s pretty effective (there I go again, plugging your stuff Zef!)

i had the same problem, too much protein and weight gainers put on a lot of fat around the midsection. to burn it off you have to do at least 30 mins of cardio, such as epplitical cycle, or running every day, and then cut back your cardio once you reach your size. your cardio has to be done high intensity. one minute low then one minute high.

Don’t worry about fat burning products. You put the fat on - it’s your job (not the pills) to burn it off. Increase your intensity or increase your volume (by no means do both). Ok, forget cardio. Never gonna happen. Unless you wanna run in marathon or are looking to improve your lung efficiency, it’s near enough pointless. You wanna burn fat - work hard. Sprints, awesome exercise. Sprint, rest, sprint, rest, sprint, rest…(get the drift). Get a skipping rope - then use it. Lift heavier weight (5 sets of 5 reps, or maybe even 10 sets of 3 reps). You heard of complexes? Well, take some big movements - bent over row, squat, upright row, high pulls, romanian deadlift, hang clean, overhead press, overhead squat - then do them. 6-8 reps, one after the other, quickly, with no rest between each exercise. Take care though and you will lose fat faster than I lose my keys.
