Crunches work your whole ab area when do correctly. Hanging leg raises with a good squeeze at the top are a good lower ab excercise which doesn’t strain your back. Anotrher good one is the ’scissors’. lie on your back with your legs straight out.Lift them 2/3 inches off the ground, opening and closing them in a scissors motion. Make sure this is a controlled motion and that your lower back doesn’t lift off the floor. Start of by doing 30 seconds, rest then 30 seconds and see how you get on. Lower abs are the most difficult to achive. You may have good lower abs, but that stubborn bit of fat that is the last to shift and may be hiding them. Check your diet or up your cardion.
Any sort of pressing movement done on an incline bench will work you upper chest. I find dumbells better as you need to work the chest to stablise as well as press the weight. Do this as your first excercise when doing chest to really bring the upper part out.

A good excercise for lower abs is easy and really effective, get a good sturdy bench and lie straight back, get a 10kg dumbell and put it between your two feet, now slowly bring your knees to meet your chest, repeat 10 times with 3 sets, increase weight if needed.
