Weight Loss
Hello,
I’m male 54 yrs of age and using your 2 day a week training routine and can see improvements.
However,I want to lose excess weight across and at the sides of my chest.My daughter tell me I have man boobs.Can you recommend any routines ?

Doing weights alone will not lose the fat. You need to add or inrease cardio into your routine to lose excess body fat. Do two sessions per week of intense interval training to start and see if that works if not increase the intensity or frequency of your cardio and you will reduce overall body fat which will include your chest area.
