Tendon Troubles
For the last 2 years I’ve suffered 1 niggling tendon injury after another. I train for general fitness and strength (more a poor man’s Mens Health cover than an Arnie). I run, swim, play tennis, press weights, do watersports. I’ve done this for 20+ years without any previous injuries. Any tips on how to overcome current and prevent future tendon problems? My tendons are generally very taught.

Hey, i’m younge ( only 17) but used to have achilies tendon problems, and oscoslatys ( which has something to do with the tendon at the front of the kne :s lol ) when i was younger, went to the doctor, and basicllay was told i’m not warming up enough before exersize, and doing to much basically sport which involved sudden movements and high impact exersizes like running, jumping etc. No idea if this is of any help to you, but the docs advice sorted me out.
