I’m a beginner and i need to know how to train correctly….
Hi there,
I just started training a few weeks ago so i’m quite inexperienced. I’m planning to train 3 times a week and i’m looking for muscle definition as well as getting bigger (but not too big!) so what programme should i follow? which body parts should i train on what days? (please include number of sets and reps). I’m a male, 33 years, 5ft 10 and i weigh almost 11 stones and i have a bit of fat around my stomach area
