I’m returning to the gym after 5 years off. I need help with traing, diet and supplements


Hi all. After 5 long years rest, I’ve decided to hit the gym. I’m 30 years old, 6 feet & weigh about 15 stones. Any help regarding training, diet, Nutrition or supplements will be greatly appreciated.

    Have you used the search box on the site? Or gone to articles and looked at the list. There’s lots of articles here that would help.
