I’ve got man breasts - HELP! - I’m not fat but I have man breasts that won’t go away.
I am 43 and have a slim frame. I am the typical ectomorph at 6′1″ and 11.5 stone. I am fairly fit but the fat is starting to gather again as the scales move towards 12 stone. I can lose the belly fat easily but I have a genetic problem in that I have genuine man breasts! My doctor has confirmed it and whilst it is hard, I keep the fat to a minimum. That area is always the last to lose the fat!!
I want to develop my pectorals, shoulders, biceps, triceps and lata to try and define my upper body more. I know I cannot burn fat from spot areas but if I could lose the fat and then develop the muscles in my chest and upper body it will stop the man breast from being so obvious.
I don’t want to be huge - I don’t think my body type would allow it anyway. I want some symmetry and a developed torso.
What exercises would you suggest together with number of sets and repetitions - should I perform to failure. I am running 2 miles 3 times per week as my normal cardio to burn the fat. I

Sounds like you suffer from Gynocanastia, whis=ch means you have breast tissue around your chest, not fat. This can only be reduced with surgery. You have the right idea to build your upperbody to minimise the look of your trouble area. But dont fall into the trap of exercising your T-SHIRT muscles only. You need to focus on hormone releasing movements like dead lifts squats pressing etc. Also supplements to increase hormones like ZMA. TRIBULAS etc. Stay positive.
