I'm gonna sound like I work for Maximuscle here, but check out their website. (Send my check in the post Zef) All you need about training, diet and supliments is there. It'a all good advise and Top stuff that really works (A £30 voucher will do nicely Zef, thanx) I've been impressed with all the products I've bought from there and regularily use Recovermax, Progain and Promax. (make that £50, ta)</description>

Try and eat 6 small meals a day with a serving of carbohydrate and a serving of protein in each.Do high intensity cardio 3 times a week for 20-30 minutes where rotate  walking for one minute and running for the next.
Train each of your bodyparts once a week with a rep range between 12 and 6 reps.And remember being toned means having less fat on your body-so you see those muscles you have built</description>

					<description>For fat burning and trying to get some "nice ripples" id suggest you do a weights workout of around 30-45 mins with pretty high repetitions, e.g 3 sets of 15 or maybe 18 for each muscle part and straight after go into some cardio, this way because you have done 30-45 mins of weight training you are into your fat burning state and when you do the cardio you will be burning the fat away.  And for fat burning you should be working around 50-60% of your maximum heart rate, so if you were say 18 years old to work out your maximum heart rate you would take 18 off 220, so your maximum heart rate would be 202 and you can workout what your heart rate needs to be from that.
