Putting on size and losing fat at the same time. Can it be done?


I’m about 6 feet tall, weigh 83kg, naturally slim. I’ve been training on average 2 times a week for a 3-4 years.

I have a dilemma: I’m not fat but am carrying some excess fat round waist but it’s not excessive. How do I achieve the dual goals of a calorie excess to put on size but not put on too much fat around the waist?

    i find that a good flogging of a punch bag is the best way to lose that awkward bit of fat covering the abs.Learn good technique and only do 15 to 20 mins of intense bashing after most, probably not all workouts.This the ONLY thing that i ever found to work.
