Am I overtraining after 16 months?


I’ve been training now for approx 16 months now and since ive been training i have done a sort of split routine, something like this (is the one i am doing at the moment):
Monday: Legs, Shoulder, Back
Tuesday: Rest
Wednesday: Chest, biceps, triceps
Thursday: Legs
Friday: Shoulders, Back, Arms
Saturday: Chest

Can anybody tell me if i am overtraining by working each muscle group twice a week as i have been doing? Should i cut down on training to working each muscle once a week, perhaps circuilating a ‘favoured’ muscle group to work more then the others for a set period of time? Any responses would be very useful. Thank you.
