What’s best for hardgainers to build muscle?
Hello,
What is the best method that a hardgainer can use to get muscle while working out with weight,
increasing the load at every repetition?
increasing the number of repettions and keeping the same load?
Best Regards

Hi there. I too am a “hardgainer” and for us a major part of our problem is our nutrition - namely consuming enough of the right type of calories. If there are not enough calories the last thing to happen is muscle building. In addition by exercising you can actually diminish your muscle mass because of protein and calorie dificiency. A top tip I came across recently is the fact that if hard gainers eat a lot one day, they tend to compensate by not eating enough the next day/week year. When that was spelled out to me I realise I do just that. Unfortunately I run a busy business and have problems fitting training in. I also eat very healthily but don’t get enough protein/carb balance. Don’t forget that you also need to keep your general cardio health in balance (within a good heart rate training zone). Only hitting the weights will not keep you healthy! Good luck.

“hardgainers” are 95% of the population!
In bodybuilding “easygainers” are only 1%
So basicly almost all of us are hardgainers!
Since Mr Olympia there have been only 10 or so winners!
So don’t be disenheartened thinking everyone is better than you, or gains better than you!
