What supplements can I use to lose weight?
I’ve only just started trying to lose weight and am not doing much exercise at the moment (Pilates once a week). I’ll be starting a programme with a personal trainer next week but are the products available suitable for someone who just wants to lose weight and tone up without trying to train like an athelete?!

I think the easy way to loose fat is by walking especially if you use a heart monitor to keep in the fat burning zone. I use the tread mil in the gym and listen to mps’3 or watch the TV channels. You can easily walk for an hour that way and it does not seam to long. You can also tone your legs and lower body a little by walking especially if the mil is on an incline. I think walking like this burns 300 cals an hour and of course you are not eating or drinking calories while you are at the gym.
