Am I doing enough for each of my body parts?
Have been training following various routines for the past 9 months averaging anywhere between 3-5 sessions per week and have finally settled with a routine of 3 days a week(Mon,Wed,Fri). Chest and arms on Mon, Legs on Wed and Back and shoulders on Fri. Do 7 sets for chest and back, 6 for arms and shoulders and 15 for legs. All various exercises with heavy weight. Am I doing enough for each body part as a week between each one seems too long. Would 3 days together, 1 off, then repeat be better or would I be overtraining?
