What can I do to reduce fat around my chest?
Hello,
I use your 2 day a week gym routine (Mon & Thur) and I have noticed a difference.
However,I need to loose weight across and around the sides of my chest.My daughter says I have man boobs.Can you suggest exercises for this problem area ?
