Has anyone got any suggestions for weight gain?? thank you.


i have been weight training in the gym for 18months using free weights (program designed by gym instructor). i use maximuscle supplements (pro max and pro gain (have also tried Cyclone and Creatamax extreme)). i have researched dietary requirements and eat the correct foods. however i am still skin and bones. i cannot put on any weight?? its a metabolism thing i believe?? but has anyone got any suggestions for weight gain?? thank you.

    Simple answer… you are not eating enough food. Work out your basal metabolic rate (the number of calories you burn in a day) and eat 500 more EVERY DAY!. You cannot get bigger if you don’t overeat. A little bit of fat + a little bit of muscle.. then lose the fat.
