i am almost 40 know know want to improve bulk


i have just recently started bodybuilding for my martial arts i have always did training i am almost 40 know know want to improve bulk. Also flex especially in my legs

    Bulk is achieved by heavy wieghts with small reps. Flexibility is also achieved by just stretching mainly. Use weighted stretching exercises if you run into trouble.
