I use to be a size 18 but now I’m a size 8!
Hi dudes working extra hard!
I use to be a size 18 but now I’m a size 8!
I’ve been working out in the gym to build muscle. But I dont know what supplements I need to build muscle and strenth. I know females are not allowed to have Creatine, but is there another supplment I can use?

There’s no research that says women can’t take Creatine. Lots of women take it all the time to tone up and boost their training in the gym.. good for athletics and gymnastic training too.

It isnt just the supplement but your entire diet which will put the weight on you. Try adding more protein to your diet. People try to depend to much on supplements. Supplements should be useed to boost yourself slightly never rely to heavily on them.

Supplements are overrated and although Creatine cna be taken by females it won’t add pounds of muscle overnight. It will take quite a long time and the gains won’t be all that massive. Your training programme probably needs to be looked at though.
