Hi I’m 17 and I’m looking to build muscle for rugby I play for kent, tonbridge Wells and Judd. Im 6ft 1 and weigh 90kg i would like to get 95-100kg by next year is this a realistic target? Im weight training 3 times a week 3 sets of each exercise 8-12 reps with failure 3 exercises for one muscle group back to back (i.e 3 sets of bench press, followed by 3 sets of dumbbell fly, followed by 3 sets of dips.)Chest and shoulders on monday legs neck and abs on tuesday and Back and abs on thursday, I’ve done 6 weeks of this regime on Promax extreme and im making good steady progress,(mainly in strength rather than weight as I’ve slimmed out a bit) I’m increasing the weights im lifting every week by a good margin 5-10kg and slowly the weight is beginning to come! However im thinking of swithching to Cyclone as it seems to be getting good reviews and has a good balance of ingredients, I don’t think Promax extreme alone is giving me the results I need fast enough as I’m missing out on “

Yeah that is full realistic
your training seems to be ok. But if you want to increase your strength do less reps with more weight this will help with the quick power strength you are looking for and also will give you a bigger muscle mass.
