Im 17 and have been training for 6 months. The new gym that I use doesn’t let me use free


Im 17 and have been training for 6 months. The new gym that I use doesn’t let me use free weights. I am not allowed to use a barbell or any dumbbell above 15kg. I want to gain 2 pounds of muscle per week for the next 6 weeks and see how I look but I don’t want the muscle to weigh me down on the versa blast . Is it ok if I just use Progain or will I have to use other supplements as well?

    Instead of going looking for answers at the supplements. Try different trainning techniques. Like reverse training (doing your session bckwards) starting the session with the exercise you would normally do last. Or some bodyweight exercises. As long as ur tearing the muscle and eating correctly you will gain weight.
