nothing seems to work for me. Can any one help?


Hi I have been training for about a year and a half for the 1st year I trained 6 days a week and the last 6 months 3 days a week I do a mixture of cardio and weights but mostly weights. I have been using all sorts of supplements Creatine fat burners Promax Viper Cyclone spike and many more that I cant even remember but nothing seems to work for me.
Can any one help? ( I do train hard at the gym and the first year I lost 14lb of fat but I recone I have at least another few to lose)
My main aim was to loose the fat and define my shape not get massive.

    To lose fat/Weight you need to burn more calories than you are taking in. Also you would be better doing cardio work high intensely, Running & Cycling are good fat burners rather than weights for now although weight training is a good calorie burner. If You did Moderate weights high reps(15) all over body excersises after a 5 min warm up say 3 times a week, Then say 30mins Cardio workout? after. Hope this helps?
