My goal is to build musle. I seem to struggle on creating a meal plan
I have just started back at the gym again I was wondering if you can help me with a food plan has im unsure as to whats best to eat. My goal is to build musle. I seem to struggle on creating a meal plan. many thanks

Hi Mark, have you kept a food diary? you could write down all you eat/ drink in a week, with your activities and how your feeling ,i.e. weak energetic, strong etc, seeing this on paper might help, there is a fantastic no nonsense book- the fighters body- by loren w christensen that might guide you. without knowing your metabolism, physique, age, medical history/family medical history no one should write a plan for you, people can help- but it’s basically got to be down to what’s right for your body. there a a few nutritionalists about that don’t charge the earth, you could always see if your local P.T.C can advise you to consult anyone- some local health authorities have dietitions and nutritionalists too- see if you can get hold of the book- it might be the help you need.
