Can you recommend a good stack? and tell me what i should doing with that stack
Im a returning 33 year old maxi muscle customer, i used to use Cyclone a few years back and had some good results eventually. Well it as been a few years and i havent trained for a long time, i joined the army (paras) and all that muscle dropped off with all the bloody running (8 miles a day :(. Anyway i was wanting some advice from you please.
My goal is get back to where i was and become bigger and have more muscle mass, im on the kind of skinny side now 6ft and only 11 stone. I need advice on what stacks you recommend, i work in an office and dont have time to get in the meals I need and often work through lunch without anything to eat. Im also a vegetarian so i guess that makes it even worse.
Can you recommend a good stack? and tell me what i should doing with that stack aka, take this product at lunch and before training etc. Im planning on training 3-4 times a week. Any advice very appreciated.

hey man i think u shud give HIT a try….. no no i’m not a HIT fan or something like this… but when i come back after a long layoff from training it gives me a lot more growth and strngth as compared to volume training… and also as u dont have much time to waste therefore HIT takes no more than 15-20 mins and u will also have time to have ur post workout meal as well…
and as far a stack is concerned i wud recommend Creatine monohydrate and whey protein shake mixed together in a blender and taken in post workout meal…
hope this helps man.

Get some Recovermax and some protein powder. Eat like a horse and train like a mad man. Recovermax after a workout will help you than just protein alone.
