Just basic hard cardio, the harder you push yourself the more fat you will burn off. The more often the cardio the faster it will fall off.
hope this helps

Unfortunately spot training doesn’t work. Fat comes off from all over and the places you put on most are, likely to be the last place you lose it! So as with the previous answer lots of cardio but you could always work those areas more to increase muscle tone underneath.

man its quite shocking that in this scientific still people r giving advice for just doing hard cardio…. man if u just wanna do cardio for losing fat and toning muscles then do urself a favor and buy some estrogen pills for urself and u would feel a lot of difference….. there is not much difference between taking estrogen pills and doing old day cardio both r gonna leave u soft looking and give u that girlish look dude….
so i better advice u too start a heavy weight training plan with some modifications to ur current eating routine… aim to eat 1-1.5 grams of protien per pound of bodyweight and limit the carbs to 2-3 grams per pound of bodyweight…. and as for fat dont be afraid of it man its not that bad just aim for the good fats found in nuts,omega-3, fish oils, raisins etc. just keep away from empty calories such as sodas and beers etc and concentrate more on whole foods. and u will soon see the result….
ok wish u best of luck

pretty simple really, just really hard work! what i was advised to do to burn fat was do some heavy weight training for 30-45 mins so at the end of this you are already into your fat burning zone then do some cardio, this means your using the fats stored in your body whilst doing the cardio
