I was hoping you could advise me on what supplement I could take


I’m currently playing womens rugby for my university, I need to gain muscle and weight, I’m going to the gym however it is not working and the process is very slow. I do not want to gain large amount of muscle, as i do not want to look out of shape and i also need to keep my speed as a winger.
I was hoping you could advise me on what supplement I could take? as I do not have the time and money to eat 4 to 5 meals through out the day.
