When I train my legs I often get a pain around my knees. What is this? Can it be treated with a supplement or should I just stop training them.

I find that its better if you don’t squat too deep.

i find that leg extensions hurt my legs. squats are good, but do strict form, don’t bounce at the bottom. perfection of the movement is everything, go for quality over weight. avoid sissy squats or hack squats these can really hurt your knees. try a good glucosamine product. i use ache-free, which also contains curcumin extract which is anti-inflammatory.

This could be numerous things. You may need to just stretch for 5-10 mins before training. If it is when squatting maybe your feet are in the wrong position. If it is with all leg exercises then you may have weak knees, so i would advise doing smaller weights but with more reps to strengthen the knee itself.
